Where are you located?
Our company is based solely online, so we don't have a physical store location, but our offices are located in Utah Valley. Please see our contact page for our mailing address.
I'm looking for a specific color, but I don't see it in your inventory. Do you offer custom graduation products?
Yes we do! We are always expanding our cord colors and other product options, but there are still some possibilities we haven't considered. If you would like us to consider a color or style for next year's inverntory, please email our customer service representatives. If you need a custom color this year, we can still help. All custom orders must be for at least 500 cords, 500 stoles, or 500 tassels. We also need at least 2 months to get the cords made and shipped out to you. If you have questions about this, please call our customer service hotline, and we will do our best to get you the products you need in plently of time for your event.
One of my products is defective. How can I return it?
Each of our products is checked for quality before being processed and shipped, but sometimes we miss things. If at any point you have a problem with one of our products, we will be happy to exchange it, at no additional cost to you. If your item was shipped via USPS, just reseal the defective product in the original package, and deliver to your nearest post office, marked "Return to Sender." Please, when packing a return, always include a copy of the invoice, or some other note that includes details about your return, including your order number. When we have received the return, we will send a new product back to you. Please contact our customer service representatives for more information, and any other questions about returns.
How soon can I get my order?
All orders placed Monday through Friday before 1 pm Mountain Time will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be processed and shipped the following business day. Our standard shipping option will take up to 7 business days to reach you, but if that isn't fast enough, we also offer several expedited options for your convenience, including three-day, two-day, and overnight. When your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number for your package. The email will also indicate the method by which your package is being delivered and an estimated date for delivery.
